Garganega Veneto

Bianco dei Leoni is a white dry wine made with 100% Garganega grapes. It has a really nice golden color, it is smooth, fresh and elegant. It is really good with fish, white meat, light dishes and soup or aperitif! You can cool the wine and enjoy between 11° and 16°, it could be called a summer wine!

Tasting Notes

Clear, elegantand juicy fruit on the palate, elegant tart vegetal notes, slightlyspicy earthy notes, smoky traces and a hint of oak, elegantacidity, fairly persistent, harmonious, attractive to good finish. Fairly mature nose, spicy vegetal notes,pomaceous fruit and citrus, light smoky traces.

Pairing

Aperitif, delicate pasta dishes, freshwater fish, pizza Margherita with Buffalo Mozzarella, vegetables and fresh cheeses.
