Amarone tasting in the Cellar
Every weekend we offer a series of guided tastings to make our guests live a real experience. In the winery, where we produce Amarone della Valpolicella, we will explain our territory, our history, the grapes, the harvest, the drying process and the winemaking techniques. A glass of Valpolicella Classico will welcome you and then continue with 100% Corvina Veronese, Raffaello, Amarone Forlago and the sweet Rita. The winery is surrounded by vineyards and olive trees (we also produce Extra Virgin Olive Oil). All the phases of the production of Amarone will be explained: from the manual harvesting of the grapes in the vineyard to the natural fermentation in steel tanks passing through the fruttaio where the grapes are dried. We will then reveal the secrets that make Amarone such an important wine. Tasting sessions will be at 10.40am or at 3pm on Saturdays and Sundays (always upon reservation).
