Have you ever thought of harvesting grapes with colleagues or your customers, to live a unique experience surrounded by the vineyards of Valpolicella?
Press conferences, fashion shows, parties and team building in the cellar can be customized to make your guests’ experience unique. It is also possible to sllep in the cellar.
We can plan different activity and it is possible to customize as you want, here are some examples:
Guess the wine
The experience will start with a didactic tour where the territory, the wines, the production techniques will be explained and we will explain the notions for wine tasting.
The group will be splitter in teams, each member will find 4 glasses with food pairings. The bottles will have the label covered so no one will see the wines we will pour. Each team have a card to fill: guess the wine, its characteristics and the ideal pairing.
Wine Team Building in the vineyard
The Wine Team Building in Vigna is an activity in the vineyard, thus actively participating in grape harvesting or pruning depending on the period. The activity continues with the tasting of our wines directly in the vineyard, the visit of the cellar and, on request, lunch or dinner.
The tasting dinner is a team building activity that includes a series of tasting and tasting tests included in a dinner based on traditional local cuisine.
Guests will be divided into teams: each table corresponds to a team and, guided by sommeliers, they will challenge themselves to guess the correct food and wine combinations!
The team that scores the most points will win another challenge in the cellar …
Cooking School – Team Cooking and Tasting
The experience includes a cooking school activity with wine tasting and dinner. Here is step by step how the activity will take place:
● Subdivision of participants into teams
● Explanation of evening and dishes
● Introduction to the tasting sommelier
● Blind tasting of 2 wines (with completion form)
● Making fresh pasta under the guidance of the chef
● Buffet aperitif (cheese, salami …)

Sport and Wine
The morning will be dedicated to rafting on the Adige river (it is also possible to plan trekking or biking) and in the afternoon we will visit the winery with wine tasting.
