Magnalonga

Magnalonga is a walk without competition with different stop in strategic points of the area: in each one will be served a course of the menu combined with a local wine (of course there will be also the Amarone della Valpolicella).

What’s better than walking and eating together? The Magnalonga is an unmissable initiative to know the wines, the flavors and the territory that the hills of Valpolicella can offer. While waiting for the departure, participants can taste local cold cuts, honey and cheeses.

The path is designed on dirt paths but easy and suitable for all ages so as to allow even families to participate.

The traditional dishes combined with local wines, Valpolicella, Ripasso, Amarone, Recioto will accompany you to discover the territory!

The reward for those who manage to complete all this will be a well-deserved coffee, only once you have finished the route! A “race” that will be based not only on the resistance of the legs but also on that of the stomach.

Magnalonga della Valpolicella

Everything started many years ago, when Pedemonte invented an event in order to promote local wines with the territory. At that time Angelo Betti’s Vinitaly had not been born yet and also later on there were few wineries that could afford such a demanding occasion of visibility. Thus was born the Festival of Classic Wines of Valpolicella and Recioto. The festival became an occasion to taste the typical flavors of Valpolicella. The Magnalonga, the Palio delle Botti, the Recioto Classico competition, Vino in Arte and enogastronomical conferences are events of the Classic Wines and Recioto Festival whose proceeds will help to finance, as it has been customary for years, a series of charitable activities decided by the organizing committee.

Tour del Palato a Prun

It is a particular walk with the purpose of showing the richness and beauty of nature, as well as the history of this small and nice village located between Lessinia and Valpolicella. It is also a way to know the delicious local cuisine, such as the traditional gnocchi di malga, and to taste the most famous varieties of wines of Valpolicella. The event wants to create a welcoming and festive atmosphere, with a reduced number of people, in order to make the group more familiar and to allow a greater historical-environmental knowledge. It is a walk in the paths of Prun, in the middle of nature and of the tunnel quarries made by the extraction of the famous Prun Stone, a heritage of this special place.

Magnalonga Settembrina

The appointment is in Negrar for an enogastronomic walk through the streets, vineyards and wineries of the territory.
A unique opportunity to live, walking in a September day, near the harvest, the corners, the views, the districts, the villas, the vineyards and the cellars of Negrar.
