Pasta cooking class

Friday the 26th of April we will do our first pasta cooking class in our cellar! We will start with the Vineyard and cellar tour to discover the Valpolicella secrets. We will taste six different wines and a chef will teach you to make the pasta!

The Pasta Making Class dive into the world of Italian cuisine with our hands-on pasta making session. Learn the secrets of crafting the perfect pasta dough from scratch!

After mastering the art of pasta making, we’ll cook and enjoy our freshly made pasta dishes, accompanied by a delectable spread of cured meats and cheeses.
