Grappa of Amarone
Grappa is very traditional in our region: it is obtained by distillation from the pomace of Amarone and we have three styles:
- The White which is bottled immediately after distillation, is aggressive and strong taste. It comes to 43 degrees and can also be used in coffee to correct!
- The Barrique is the grappa White refined one year in oak barrels, so get a nice golden color and becomes much softer and round.
- The Forlago, made from the pomace of Forlago, aged 6 years in French oak
so that it becomes very soft. Right for meditation.
