Grappa of Amarone

Grappa is very traditional in our region: it is obtained by distillation from the pomace of Amarone and we have three styles:
  1. The White which is bottled immediately after distillation, is aggressive and strong taste. It comes to 43 degrees and can also be used in coffee to correct!
  2. The Barrique is the grappa White refined one year in oak barrels, so get a nice golden color and becomes much softer and round.
  3. The Forlago, made from the pomace of Forlago, aged 6 years in French oak
    so that it becomes very soft. Right for meditation.
